| Bio: | My Username: Because Grace is my real middle name, it's a family name, and I like being called by it. Because Grace Courage sounds like the name of someone who writes tawdry romances, and that tickles me far more than it probably ought to. Because I sometimes need to remind myself that I do, already, have the capacity for both in my life. About Me: I'm an aging West Coast socialistic hippie liberal with an ACLU card. I had a very blue collar, college-dropout mother and a very educated, white collar father, and I straddle the line between them awkwardly; sometimes I sound like I'm hanging out at a truck stop, sometimes I sound like I'm writing my dissertation, sometimes I manage both within two sentences. I swear like a sailor when I'm not monitoring my language, which I try to do around people I don't know well (so as not to offend), but sometimes I slip. I'm a science and math geek. I'm really good with abstract logic. I can also tell you where every planet in my astrological chart is, and why it's right on. I've been in love with SciFi and Fantasy for a very long time.
